PowerFin developed and commissioned 14.5 MWac (17.4 MWdc) of solar in across multiple sites in Exeter, Ivanhoe, Lindsay and Porterville, California in 2013. The projects are interconnected on distribution lines owned and operated by Southern California Edison, who is also the off-taker of power under a 20-year power purchase agreement. The projects were a part of the California Renewable Energy Small Tariff (CREST) program, which was the predecessor to SCE's Re-MAT program. Both programs provide standard export rates for small renewable facilities to generate on, and provide support to, key distribution feeders.
