PowerFin developed and commissioned 13.5 MWac (16.2 MWdc) of solar across multiple sites in Famersville, Hanford, Porterville and Tulare, California in 2013 and 2014. The projects are interconnected on distribution lines owned and operated by Southern California Edison, who is also the off-taker of power under a 20-year power purchase agreement. The projects were a part of the California Renewable Energy Small Tariff (CREST) program, which was the predecessor to SCE's Re-MAT program. Both programs provide standard export rates for small renewable facilities to generate on, and provide support to, key distribution feeders.
